We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all premium subscriptions across all joycraft products — Shopify apps and Chrome extensions. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the transaction date.
Shopify app billing is managed through Shopify's native Billing API. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify admin. For refund requests within the 7-day window, email us and we will process the refund through Shopify.
Chrome extension subscriptions are managed through the Chrome Web Store or our payment provider. For refunds within the 7-day window, email us with your subscription ID (found in extension settings) and we will process within 3-5 business days.
Refund requests after the 7-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be fair — if our product didn't work as described, we'll make it right.
All joycraft products have free tiers. You can test functionality before upgrading to a paid plan.
